Pawwall Privacy Policy
The short version
- Pawwall has no ads and does not sell or share your data for advertising. We do not use Apple's advertising identifier (IDFA) and do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
- Which apps you pause stays on your iPhone. Apple's Screen Time framework gives Pawwall only opaque tokens. We cannot see app names, your browsing or your screen time, and none of it leaves your device.
- Usage analytics are optional and can be switched off in Settings → "Share anonymous usage data".
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time: info@zentropi.app.
Data stored only on your device
Your plans (names, days and times), your selected apps and categories (as Screen Time tokens), your focus history, Today/Week numbers, your Mau name and onboarding answers are stored on your iPhone. They are not sent to us, except for the items listed below.

Legal bases (EU/EEA/UK users)
Contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for providing the app and subscriptions; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics, crash reports, Check-ins and plan-time Live Activities, which you can withdraw at any time in the app; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) for security and fraud prevention. Some providers process data in the USA; transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention
On-device data stays until you delete it or the app. Plan-time data on our server is replaced whenever your plans change and deleted when you switch the feature off; delivery records are removed after a few days. Analytics and crash data are kept for up to 24 months. Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax law.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time, by emailing info@zentropi.app. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Switching off "Share anonymous usage data", Check-ins or Live Activities in the app stops the related sending immediately.
Children
Pawwall is not directed to children under 13 (under 16 in the EU) and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the new effective date above.
