Pawwall Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Pawwall. By downloading or using the app you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Apple EULA"). If these terms and the Apple EULA conflict, the Apple EULA applies. How we handle data is described in the Pawwall Privacy Policy.
1. What Pawwall does
Pawwall helps you spend less time in apps you choose. It uses Apple's Screen Time (Family Controls) framework to pause those apps during your plans and focus sessions, and shows you how much time you protected. Pawwall is a self-help tool. It is not a medical, therapeutic or parental-control product, and it does not guarantee any result.
2. How blocking works, and its limits
Pausing apps depends on iOS and on the permissions you grant (Screen Time, notifications, Live Activities). iOS controls when Pawwall's blocks and Live Activities are applied and shown, so they may occasionally be delayed or not apply, for example after an iOS update, when permissions are revoked, when the device is low on storage or power, or in Apple's own apps. You can always end, pause or skip a plan in the app; Pawwall never blocks emergency calls or Apple's system features. Do not rely on Pawwall where blocking is critical to safety.
3. Membership, free trials and billing
- Some features require a paid membership ("Mau's circle"). Prices, billing periods and any free trial are shown in the app before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- If you start a free trial, it converts to a paid subscription when it ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Purchases are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Prices may change; Apple will tell you before a price increase applies to your subscription, where required.
4. Your responsibilities
Use Pawwall only for lawful purposes and only on devices you are allowed to manage. Do not try to copy, reverse-engineer, resell or interfere with the app or our servers. Keep your device secure; jailbroken devices are not supported.
5. Our content
Pawwall, Mau and all related designs, text and artwork belong to Zentropi LLC. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app under the Apple EULA.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Pawwall reliable and improve it, which means features may change or be removed. We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use after an update means you accept it. If a change materially affects a paid membership, we will tell you in the app.
7. Liability
Pawwall is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Zentropi LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by iOS, Apple services, your device or third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer in your country.
